Your subscription to Renderfix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with these terms.

Licenses are tied to specific machines and can be transfered from your dashboard. One license can not be used on multiple machines at once.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly. You will be billed on the same date each month based on your initial subscription date.

Changes to your subscription:

You can modify your license count at any time
Charges will be prorated accordingly
Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring proper network configuration
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software remain the property of Renderfix. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Within 24 hours of purchase: You can request a full refund if less than one day has passed since your initial purchase
• Critical functionality issues: Refunds may be issued if CoreFinder experiences critical errors that prevent its core functionality from working as intended

To request a refund:

Contact our support team with your purchase details
Clearly state the reason for your refund request
Include any relevant error logs or screenshots if applicable

Upon verification that your refund request satisfies the conditions outlined in Section 7, reimbursement will be processed and issued within a maximum of 5 business days.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
